Garrett Krisko is a Consultant at Opus specializing in receiverships, turnaround engagements, and corporate restructuring. He brings a rare combination of financial acumen and operational expertise to distressed and underperforming businesses, guiding them through complex transitions with precision and steadiness.
Garrett has served as an integral team member on multi-state receivership cases, taking the lead on building detailed cash flow forecasts, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and preparing court-ready reporting that informs strategic decisions. He has also developed comprehensive market reports, investor decks, and funding strategies, helping organizations position themselves for long-term success once stability is restored.
Before joining Opus, Garrett gained hands-on experience in operations and inventory management at a technology start-up in Boston, where he streamlined ordering processes and automated vendor workflows. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Growth & Innovation from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of New England.
A lifelong golfer and fan of both the Boston Celtics and Syracuse University basketball, Garrett enjoys spending time with family and his German Shorthaired Pointer.
