As a Fractional CFO and trusted business advisor, Connor supports clients across industries and regions. He provides high-impact financial and operational guidance that connects strategy, execution, and measurable results. Moreover, he develops clear and actionable plans under pressure—whether leading corporate turnarounds, managing high-growth phases, or navigating mergers and acquisitions.
Connor’s expertise spans capital structuring, financial modeling, reporting, operational optimization, and long-range planning. Additionally, he focuses on creating practical solutions that drive performance and improve decision-making.
Throughout his career, Connor has partnered with organizations in manufacturing, retail, professional services, real estate, and emerging industries. He quickly assesses financial and operational challenges and implements tailored strategies to improve results. Furthermore, his national experience provides insight into regional markets, regulatory nuances, and industry best practices—allowing him to adapt proven methods to each client’s unique needs.
Before joining Opus, Connor built his foundation in consumer lending and mortgage finance. During that time, he developed strong skills in financial analysis, risk management, and process improvement—capabilities that continue to guide his work today.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Miss Di’s Closet, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys time on the water, playing golf, and traveling to new destinations.
