At Opus, she leads cross-functional teams that deliver tailored advisory services. Her approach combines market insight, financial analysis, and hands-on operational expertise to drive results.

With decades of experience across industries, Alice balances strategic vision with practical execution. Her work spans restructuring and turnaround engagements, organizational realignment, performance optimization, and guiding clients through capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting. By aligning operational workflows with financial objectives, she ensures growth and efficiency go hand in hand.

Alice partners closely with executive teams to diagnose challenges, develop actionable plans, and implement solutions that produce measurable outcomes. During periods of distress, she stabilizes operations. Outside of work, Alice enjoys family time, outdoor activities, and tackling home renovations. She earned a degree in Science, Technology, and Society from Colby College, where she was an Academic All-American, and she serves on the board of the Maine Alzheimer’s Association.
