Appeal Process
If you have made a privacy rights request to Opus and believe your request was denied by Opus, you can exercise your right to appeal the results of your request by using the submission methods noted in the section entitled “Your Rights”. Please use the same email address that you used to submit the initial privacy rights request when you submit your request to appeal, and please add “Request to Appeal” in the subject line of the email.
