OCG 10 Year Anniversary

Opus Consulting Group 10 Year Anniversary

10 years ago in 2009, Jacques Santucci identified the demand for a new consulting group: “The genesis for Opus Consulting Group was the need for a strong and solid management consulting firm to foster entrepreneurial spirit and assist business owners in a wide variety of business needs.” Since inception, Opus has grown to become one of New England’s premier consulting firms working at the intersections of financestrategy, and operations supporting the launch, growth and turnaround of over 140 companies.

From its office in downtown Portland, Maine, Opus Consulting Group has worked with clients throughout New England to as far away as Europe and Hawaii, working to fill skill-gaps and create opportunities for strategic growth, such as InSphero, a Switzerland-based company with operations in Brunswick, ME. Opus brings value to its clients and takes pride in the long-lasting relationships that are often developed. “We have had the privilege of working on several projects with the Opus team over the last few years,” says David Cyr, President of Skowhegan Savings Bank, “Their professionalism and out of the box thinking make them a pleasure to work with.”

Opus consultants draw from years of experience serving clients in various industries including manufacturing, service, healthcare, hospitality, real estate development and multi-channel retailing.  “We had a superb experience working with Opus. The Opus team was highly skilled, very responsive and sensitive to our organizational culture,” says Eric Meyer, President & CEO of Spurwink Services, “We had a real partner in Opus”.

Earlier in the year, Opus held a fundraiser involving local restaurants and bars for the benefit of a local non-profit organization. The participating venues agreed to serve a special cocktail where $1 of every drink purchased went to charity with Opus matching the $1 donations. The public was encouraged to vote for their favorite non-profit, and ultimately, The Greater Portland Immigrant Welcome Center won the competition.

Opus would like to graciously thank everyone who has made 10 years possible. Nothing would have been possible without the support of clients, friends, and family.
