OCG Lender Services team conducts field exams to assist the lender in mitigating collateral risk inherent in most secured transactions.  These exams provide a lending institution with a third party assessment of its collateral to satisfy both internal and regulatory requirements.

Our examiners will meet with the client and assess the collateral position, analyze trends, review financial reporting, review systems and procedures as well as several other important business factors.

The goal is to provide our clients, in a timely manner, a report that is tailored to their needs and relevant to each individual situation.

OCG can offer individual exams or regular field exams (quarterly, semi-annual, annual).  Often times, Loan Officers and Executives do not have the time or resources to schedule recurring exams. We can help by preparing a detailed schedule of exams.

The experts at OCG can also perform a thorough desktop review of the borrower’s performance and any changes in its collateral, including analysis of financial statements, compliance with loan covenants and monitoring of key performance metrics.

Our Firm provides additional expertise with regard to loan workouts and collections.  OCG can support the lending institution by restructuring the borrower’s operation to enhance cash flow or preserve the collateral base before the assets are consumed by a troubled operation or by providing collection services on past due accounts.
